| Note: | Antibody-coated beads should be washed for 1 minute in PBS buffer before use. During storage the magnetic beads will sediment to the bottom of the bottle. Prior to use the magnetic bead should be resuspended well by vortexing for 20-30 seconds to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of magnetic beads in solution. Each time, please add the fully resuspended magnetic beads in a single rapid pipetting action. Make sure to repeat the vortexing step fully prior to each single pipetting action. |
