The proteins in the marker are colorized: blue, purple, green, red and orange.It is suitable for visualizing mobility of proteins during electrophoresis and for monitoring electrophoretic transfer onto membranes. The marker is supplied in gel loading buffer for direct loading onto SDS-PAGE without heating or adding reducing agent. |

This protein marker should be used for molecular weight estimation at an accuracy of 95%. For precise molecular weight determination use an unstained molecular weight marker. |
