More info about Dynamin (phospho S778) polyclonal antibody

Brand: Abnova
Reference: PAB9698
Product name: Dynamin (phospho S778) polyclonal antibody
Product description: Sheep polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic phosphopeptide of dynamin.
Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding S778 of rat dynamin.
Protein accession: P21575
Form: Liquid
Recommend dilutions: Western Blot (1:1000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage buffer: In 10 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 (50% glycerol, 10% BSA)
Storage instruction: Store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Quality control testing: Antibody Reactive Against Synthetic Peptide.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Sheep
Antigen species / target species: Rat
Reactivity: Bovine,Chicken,Dog,Human,Mouse,Rat
Application image: PAB9698-47-H3-1.jpg
Application image note: Western blot of rat hippocampal lysate stimulated with forskolin showing specific immunolabeling of the ~95k Dynamin phosphorylated at Ser778 (Control, lane 1). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase, lane 2). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Dynamin (phospho S778) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9698). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase.
Applications: WB-Ti
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
