Application image note: | Western blot of rat caudate lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~32k Ppp1r1b phosphorylated at Thr34 (Control, lane 1). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase, lane 2). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Ppp1r1b (phospho T34) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9669). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase. |
