Application image: PAB9656-47-91-1.jpg
Application image note: Western blot of rat cortex lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~78k Syn1 phosphorylated at Ser549 (Control, lane 1). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase, lane 2). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Syn1 (phospho S549) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9656). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase.
Applications: WB-Ti
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
Publications: Opposing changes in phosphorylation of specific sites in synapsin I during Ca2+-dependent glutamate release in isolated nerve terminals.Jovanovic JN, Sihra TS, Nairn AC, Hemmings HC Jr, Greengard P, Czernik AJ.
