Application image note: | Western blot analysis of JUP immunoprecipitated from lysates prepared from A-431 cells treated with pervanadate. The immunoprecipitation was performed using mouse JUP monoclonal antibody. The blots were probed with either JUP (phospho Y550) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB7924). The immunoprecipitated JUP was untreated (lane 1) or treated with alkaline phosphatase (lane 2) then probed with the antibodies. In addition, the JUP (phospho Y550) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB7924) was used in the presence of phospho-JUP (Tyr-550) peptide (lane 3) or phospho-JUP (Tyr-644) peptide (lane 4). |
