Brand: Abnova
Reference: PAB14082
Product name: H3S10p polyclonal antibody
Product description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of H3S10p.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide (conjugated with KLH) corresponding to region of histone H3 containing the phosphorylated serine 10 (H3S10p).
Form: Liquid
Recommend dilutions: ELISA (1:1000-1:5000)
Dot Blot (1:20000)
Western Blot (1:500)
Immunofluorescence (1:200)
Immunoprecipitation (5 ul/IP)
ChIP (1 ul/ChIP)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage buffer: In serum (0.05% sodium azide)
Storage instruction: Store at -20°C. For long term storage store at -80°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note: This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human
Application image: PAB14082-43-outsr-1.jpg
Application image note: A Dot Blot analysis was performed to test the cross reactivity of H3S10p polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB14082) with peptides containing other modifications of histone H3 and H4 and with peptides containing unmodified sequences from histone H3.
One hundred to 0.2 pmol of the peptide containing the respective histone modification were spotted on a membrane.
The antibody was used at a dilution of 1 : 20,000.
Figure shows a high specificity of the crude serum for the modification of interest.
Note that, at a 1 : 20,000 dilution, the crude serum does not recognize the H3S10p modification if the H3K9ac modification is present.
Applications: WB,IP,ELISA,ChIP,Dot,IF
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
