| Application image note: | Western Blotting with Mug1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB13585). 10 ml of rat plasma, diluted 200 times with PBS (Lane 1), and 20 ng purified rat Mug1 (Lane 2) were separated on a 9% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to a PVDF membrane. Incubated 2 h at RT with 1 mg/ml Mug1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB13585). Then incubated for 30 min with swine anti-rabbit IgG-HRP. The membrane was developed using the ECL system. |
