Reference: PAB12746
Product name: KDR polyclonal antibody
Product description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of KDR.
Gene id: 3791
Gene name: KDR
Gene alias: CD309|FLK1|VEGFR|VEGFR2
Gene description: kinase insert domain receptor (a type III receptor tyrosine kinase)
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y951 (KDYVG) of human KDR.
Form: Liquid
Recommend dilutions: Western Blot (0.1-1 ug/mL)
ELISA (0.01-0.1 ug/mL)
Immunoprecipitation (2-5 ug/mL)
Immunohistochemistry (2-5 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Storage instruction: Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C or lower.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Quality control testing: Antibody Reactive Against Synthetic Peptide.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Rabbit
Antigen species / target species: Human
Specificity: This antibody recognizes ~200 KDa of human KDR without a phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 951. It does not recognize phosphorylated peptides.
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application image: PAB12746-14-130-1.jpg
Application image note: The whole cell lysate derived from human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) was stimulated by KDR for 20 min, then immunoprecipitated by KDR polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12647) followed by immune-probing with KDR polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12746) at 1 : 500.
An immunoreactive band is observed around ~200 KDa (Lane 1). The lane 2 is a negative control.
Applications: WB,IP,ELISA,IHC
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
