Application image note: | Western blot using Ccne2 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10197) shows specific detection of Ccne2. Cell extracts over-expressing mouse Ccne1 (Lane 1) and Ccne2 (Lane 2) were electrophoresed, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with theCcne2 polyclonal antibody.
