Application image: MAB6908-84-78-1.jpg
Application image note: 5 X 105 ficoll prepared human peripheral blood lymphocytes were washed and preincubated 5 minutes with 20 m l of 250 mg/mL human IgG (To block non specific binding) after which they were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80m l of CD36 monoclonal antibody, clone SMO (Cat # MAB6908) at a concentration of 5 mg/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse Ig/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed using a BD FACstar plus. A net 16% sub population of the cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.05 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgM negative control at a similar concentration.
