Recommend dilutions: | Immunofluorescence (2ug/5x105 cells) Flow Cytometry (2ug/5x105 cells) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. |
Storage buffer: | Lyophilized from PBS (1mg/mL BSA) |
Storage instruction: | Store at 4°C on dry atmosphere. After reconstitution with deionized water, store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
Product type: | Primary antibodies |
Host species: | Mouse |
Antigen species / target species: | Human |
Specificity: | The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 90KDa. Recognizes the glycoprotein gp lllb corresponding to the thrombospondin receptor. This antibody agglutinates fetal but not adult erythrocytes. It does not react with lymphocytes and granulocytes. It reacts both with fetal and adult monocytes, megakaryocytes, platelets and reticulocytes. The thrombospondin receptor is a very early marker of erythroid differentiation. |
