Gene id: 948
Gene name: CD36
Gene alias: CHDS7|FAT|GP3B|GP4|GPIV|PASIV|SCARB3
Gene description: CD36 molecule (thrombospondin receptor)
Immunogen: Native purified CD36 from human fetal red blood cells.
Form: Lyophilized
Recommend dilutions: Immunofluorescence (2ug/5x105 cells)
Flow Cytometry (2ug/5x105 cells)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage buffer: Lyophilized from PBS (1mg/mL BSA)

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Mouse
Antigen species / target species: Human
Specificity: The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 90KDa. Recognizes the glycoprotein gp lllb corresponding to the thrombospondin receptor. This antibody agglutinates fetal but not adult erythrocytes. It does not react with lymphocytes and granulocytes. It reacts both with fetal and adult monocytes, megakaryocytes, platelets and reticulocytes. The thrombospondin receptor is a very early marker of erythroid differentiation.
Reactivity: Human
Applications: IHC,IF,Flow Cyt
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
Publications: A monoclonal antibody against an erythrocyte ontogenic antigen identifies fetal and adult erythroid progenitors.Edelman P, Vinci G, Villeval JL, Vainchenker W, Henri A, Miglierina R, Rouger P, Reviron J, Breton-Gorius J, Sureau C, et al..
