More info about HLA-E monoclonal antibody, clone MEM-E/06

Brand: Abnova
Reference: MAB3630
Product name: HLA-E monoclonal antibody, clone MEM-E/06
Product description: Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against recombinant HLA-E.
Clone: MEM-E/06
Isotype: IgG1
Gene id: 3133
Gene name: HLA-E
Gene alias: DKFZp686P19218|EA1.2|EA2.1|HLA-6.2|MHC|QA1
Gene description: major histocompatibility complex, class I, E
Immunogen: Recombinant protein corresponding to human HLA-E.
Form: Liquid
Concentration: 1 mg/mL
Recommend dilutions: The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage buffer: In TBS, pH 8.0 (0.09% sodium azide)
Storage instruction: Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
Note: This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Mouse
Antigen species / target species: Human
Specificity: This antibody recognized native surface-expressed HLA-E, but not denaturated heavy chain of HLA-E. HLA-E belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on many types of the human cells. The published results showed that This antibody cross-reacts with some classical MHC ClassI molecules (HLA-A3, -A11, -B7). However, the recent Workshop I Session on the 3rd International Conference on HLA-G (Paris, July 2003) confirmed that This antibody exhibits much broader cross-reactivity classical MHC Class I antigens, namely with HLA-A24, -A32,-B8, -B15, -B27, -B35, -B44, -B54, -C3, -C4, -C5, -C7.
Reactivity: Human,Primates
Applications: IP,Flow Cyt
Shipping condition: Blue Ice
